Advice
To prepare this dessert, use organic mandarins with very thin and non-chemically treated peel: clementines are ideal because they are sweeter and juicier.

You can refine the mandarin bread dough with chocolate chips , raisins or dried fruits of your choice, roughly chopped; you can also add spices such as cinnamon, vanilla or cardamom.
