Dough :
5 eggs
150 g (3/4 cup) sugar
A pinch of salt
160 g (1 cup) flour
1 tsp baking powder
Bake pan 28x18cm
for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 °C.
Cherry jam:
800 g (4 cups) cherries
100 g (1/2 cup) sugar
25 g (2 tbsp) cornstarch
100 g (1/2 cup) water
Cream:
600 g (2.5 cups) cream cheese
500 g (2.5 cups) cream 33% fat
