LITTLE RED RIDING HOOD CAKE

preparation

For the ground:
Mix all the ingredients together, except the Nutella. Halve the dough and put one half into a springform pan, stir 2 tablespoons of Nutella or cocoa into the second half.

Pour the dark dough into the pan. Spread 1 jar of sour cherries over the top (save the juice), bake for 40 – 50 minutes at 180 °C top and bottom heat.
Surface:
Beat the cream and cream stiffener well, mix the quark, sugar and cream stiffener and fold in the cream.
Place a cake ring around the cooled cake and spread the quark mixture on top. Chill for 2-4 hours.
Then thicken 1/4 l of cherry juice with cake glaze and spread over the cake.
