Ingredients
For the ground:
1 jar of morello cherries drained weight approx. 350 g
180g butter
150 g sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
3 eggs size M
200 g flour type 405
2 teaspoons of baking soda
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 Table spoons of milk
Fat for the mold
For the cream:
500 g low- fat curd cheese
50 g sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
200 ml whipped cream
2 packets of cream stiffener
For the casting
1 packet of red cake glaze
3 tablespoons sugar
250 ml cherry juice
Instructions
Preparation:
Drain the morello cherries and collect the juice (approx. 250 ml).
Grease a springform pan (Ø 26 cm) and preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat.
