introduction

An old recipe of my mother’s, obtained at a wedding party, and since then we have been making this wonderful and, as my mother says, hearty cake. There is really a lot of it, and my family loves it with tea and milk….
This biscuit recipe is the basis for everything. ordinary everyday cakes in which I only know how to insert seasonal fruit and so I always have a new cake on the table.

Ingredients

Make the BISCUIT DOUGH twice
3 pcs. separate the egg yolk + egg white
2 o dag. sugar
1/2 packet of lemon or orange zest
1 packet of vanilla sugar
20 days. flour-sharp
1/2 packet of baking powder
1 dl. milk
1 dl. oil
1-2 tablespoons of cocoa ONLY for the dark part of the biscuit
CREAM (fila)
1/2 l. milk
5 tablespoons of flour or gussnel or half and half
25 days. table margarine
20 days. sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
lemon juice if desired

Preparation

PREPARATION OF BISCUIT
1 .mix egg yolks with sugar until the mixture becomes “foamy”
2 .Add grated lemon or orange peel and vanilla sugar
