½ cup powdered sugar
1 – 1 & ½ cups shredded sweetened coconut can also use unsweetened coconut
Whipped Cream
3 cups heavy whipping cream*
½ cup powdered sugar
Optional: 1 Tablespoon lemon juice or vanilla extract
Garnishes: 1 lemon sliced toasted coconut, graham cracker crumbs for garnish (optional)
