INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
350g flour (wheat flour 405, 550 or spelt flour 630)
3 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
150g sugar
150g soft butter
1 tsp vanilla flavor
1 pinch of salt
Juice of 2.5 lemons + zest of 1.5 lemons (alternatively 1 packet of lemon zest)
125ml buttermilk
100g raspberries
aside from that:
150g icing sugar
Juice 1/2 lemon
