Lemon cake with buttermilk and raspberries

Sometimes cakes don’t have to be complicated or elaborate. Simple is often the tastiest! You can prepare this lemon cake in no time at all, giving you much more time to enjoy it!

INGREDIENTS

For the dough:

350g flour (wheat flour 405, 550 or spelt flour 630)
3 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
150g sugar
150g soft butter
1 tsp vanilla flavor
1 pinch of salt
Juice of 2.5 lemons + zest of 1.5 lemons (alternatively 1 packet of lemon zest)
125ml buttermilk
100g raspberries
aside from that:

150g icing sugar
Juice 1/2 lemon
