A delicious fasting delicacy in a slightly different version from the classic one, with chocolate ganache cream whose density depends on the soy cream you use, and there is also an excellent raspberry topping that makes every delicacy even tastier…
Required ingredients:
-250 ml of sour water (room temperature)
-125 ml of oil
-200 g of sugar
-2 tablespoons of plum jam (or as desired)
-250 g of soft flour
-1 small teaspoon of baking soda
-1 small teaspoon of baking powder
-2 tablespoons quality cocoa powder
– 1-2 teaspoons of Ceylon cinnamon
Glaze:
-200 g of low-fat cooking chocolate
-200 ml of low-fat soy cooking cream
Raspberry dressing:
-300 g of raspberries (I used frozen ones)
-100 ml of water
-4 tablespoons of sugar
-2 bags of vanilla sugar
-20 g of pulp +3 tablespoons of water
