Layered Roast In Mustard Sauce, This Roast Is Really Delicious For Spring

Ingredients

3 gherkins, cut into slices
3 onions, sliced
​​220 g feta cheese
5 roulades
10 slices bacon, streaky
nutmeg mustard salt and pepper

For the sauce:
420 ml red wine
2 onions, diced
50 ml tomato paste

500 ml beef stock or broth
3-4 tsp hot and grainy mustard
4 bay leaves
Oil

Preparation

1. First, lay down a slice of roulade meat and spread it well with mustard, pepper and season. Now cover with two slices of bacon, onion slices and a few cucumbers and feta on top.
