INGREDIENTS:
– 25 dag of butter
– 30 dag of sugar
– 6 pcs of eggs
– 1 bag of vanilla sugar
– 13 dag of flour
– 25 dag of 60% noble chocolate (I used 70%)
PREPARATION:
Mix butter with sugar until foamy, add 6 eggs (do not separate), mix, add vanilla sugar, flour, and melted cooking chocolate. Grease and flour the souffle molds well, spoon the mixture into them and bake at 200°C (the oven must be preheated) for exactly 11 minutes.
