Juicy lemon coconut cake

Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 175g soft butter + a little more for the mold
  • 150g sugar
  • 1 pack vanilla sugar
  • 1 Salt Socket
  • 4 Owner
  • 75ml lemon juice (from about 2 lemons)
  • Grated zest of 2 lemons
  • 150g natural yoghurt
  • 275g wheat flour type 405+ a little more for the mold
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 100g coconut flakes + 30g for decoration

For the casting:

  • approx. 75g icing sugar
  • Juice 1/2 lemon
