Juicy cheesecake, wooahh to lick your fingers!

1. First, mix 100 g butter, 100 g sugar, 1 egg, 1 pinch of salt, 250 g flour and 1 teaspoon baking powder into a dough. Then β€œline” a greased springform pan with the dough and don’t forget the edge.

2. Then mix 1 kilo of quark, 250 g of sugar, 2 eggs, 1 cup of oil, 2 packets of vanilla pudding and 1/2 liter of milk and then pour into the mold. Now bake for just 60 minutes 1/2 hours at 175Β° C and ideally let it cool in the oven.

Tip: The cake can be baked the day before, then it tastes best.
