JAFFA SULTAN ROLLS… Much tastier variant than regular rolls

Preparation:

First, line a large baking sheet with 1.5 – 2 cups of coconut and smooth it.
Mix milk, sugar and flour until there are lumps. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly.

When it starts to curdle, add the butter and vanilla and beat until smooth.
After removing it from the stove, transfer it to a baking sheet, carefully flatten it and set it aside.
Squeeze the oranges into 3 cups of orange juice and add to the pan. Add the starch, flour and sugar and mix until no lumps remain. Cook on the stove over medium heat, stirring constantly.
When it thickens, remove it from the stove, transfer it to the pudding and smooth it out.
When it reaches room temperature, put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Then cut into 12 equal parts and twist into rolls.
