PREPARATION

To make the biscuits:
In a bowl, I put the butter and whipped it. I added the egg yolks, sugar and mixed well. Then, with a spatula, I incorporated the nuts and flour, and the rum, forming a dough that I put in the cold for at least 2 hours.

To prepare the cream:
I mixed the mascarpone, on top of which I added Nutella and mixed with a spatula. Leave to cool until we form the biscuits.
Spread the sheets on a floured board and cut out biscuits that we bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

Let it cool, then put cream on half of the biscuits and cover with one without cream.
Melt the chocolate in a steam bath and place it over the biscuits.

Place half a walnut core on each cookie.
