Islere : a traditional Romanian dessert, with round or oval shapes, famous for its sweetness, where two pieces of dough come together in a harmonious way and are filled with jam or vanilla cream, to provide a sweet and nostalgic taste experience authentic.
INGREDIENTS
For the top:
250 g of butter
150 g powdered sugar
180 g ground walnuts
400 g of flour
2 egg yolks
4 drops of rum essence
For the cream:
250 g mascarpone
250 g Nutella
4-5 drops of rum essence
For decoration:
200 g dark chocolate
3 tablespoons of oil
200 g walnut halves (ripe)
