Ice cream cookies: the delicious and perfect cake for summer!

After the time has elapsed, roll out the first half in the round shape (20 cm diameter). Spread it with your hands so that it covers the entire floor. Bake in the oven at 180° for 30 minutes. Repeat the process for the other half of the dough to make two large cookies.

Whip the cream, add the condensed milk and stir everything together. Add the chocolate chips and incorporate.
Leave one biscuit in the mold and then pour the cream over it. Level and place the second cookie on top.
Let rest in the freezer for 4 hours.
Place the ice cream cookie on a plate and decorate the cream part with more chocolate chips.
