ICE CREAM CAKE… SIMPLE RECIPE AND VERY TASTY

Preparation

Preparing the crust:
Beat egg whites with sugar, flour and a little baking powder.
Bake in a greased pan until it starts to turn yellow. When cool, pour hot sweetened milk over it. Bake two such crusts.

Preparation of the filling:
Bring about 800 ml of milk to a boil.
In the remaining 200 ml of milk, put egg yolks, flour and pudding and mix well so that there are no lumps.

Boil in boiled milk until it thickens, then leave to cool.
Beat the foamy margarine and powdered sugar, then add to the cooled mass.

Stacking:
Arrange crust, filling, crust, filling, and decorate with two whipped creams on top.

Serving:
