I have never tasted a tastier cake in all my years of baking! It is uncomplicated and incredibly tasty at the same time! Prepare this cake in just 10 minutes and indulge in its irresistible flavors!

To prepare this recipe, you need the following ingredients: 6-7 tangerines, 3 eggs, 2 cups of sugar (measured in 2dl), 1 cup of oil, 1 cup of milk, 2 cups of flour, 1/2 bag of baking powder and 1 vanilla sugar .
What is the method of preparation?
Start by peeling the oranges and cutting them in half. Continue to coat each half with sugar before arranging them, cut sides down, down the length of the pan.
Mix sugar and whole eggs until pale white. Then mix oil and milk into the mixture and add flour mixed with baking powder and vanilla sugar. Mix the batter thoroughly before pouring it over the orange. Preheat the oven and bake the cake for approximately 30-40 minutes, using a toothpick to check doneness based on individual oven variations. If the cake seems dry, consider baking a citrus version.
When the cake has cooled, place a plate next to it and turn it over. Be careful when removing the cake from the pan so as not to damage the integrity of the citrus cake.
