Place milk, sugar, flour, starch, egg yolk and vanilla extract in a suitable saucepan and combine. Bring to a boil and cook until thickened.

Add the crushed cookies to the cups. Put the pudding we have prepared on top.

For the sauce, put raspberries, sugar, water and starch in a suitable pot and cook until it boils and thickens.
Pour the prepared sauce over the pudding.

You can decorate it and serve it however you want.
