I created this coconut cake because I am a fan of this coconut chocolate composition!

Pour the dough into a buttered mold 16 cm in diameter.

Meanwhile, heat the coconut milk, sugar and vanilla. Once the mixture begins to simmer, remove from heat.

Take out the cake and turn it upside down. Let cool slightly.

Place the cake back in the mold, still head down. Prick the top with a fork to create tiny holes. Then, pour the coconut milk mixture over the still warm cake.

Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
There may be a deposit of cream on the cake.

Heat the chocolate with the oil for 30 seconds in the microwave. Repeat the operation if necessary, then add the remaining oil.
You should obtain a smooth and shiny chocolate.

Pour the chocolate over the cake starting from the sides then to the center. Tap to remove excess chocolate.

Add grated coconut on the sides. Refrigerate for 30 minutes then enjoy.
