HOW TO MAKE THE BEST GROUND MEAT PUFF PASTRY EMPANADAS

Ingredients for Ground Beef Empanadas:

900 grams of ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
940 ml of flour
12 tablespoons butter
2 peppers, chopped

1 Anaheim pepper, chopped
1 small white onion, chopped
1 tablespoon of sugar
Salt (about 2 teaspoons)
4 cloves garlic, chopped
Spices (according to preference)

Instructions :

Preparation of Ground Beef Filling:
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and cook peppers and Anaheim chili for 5 minutes.
Add the chopped onion and continue cooking for 2 more minutes.
