Pour the gelatin over the strawberries and cover them completely with the help of a ladle.
Put the cake in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving. If you want, you can also decorate it with Chantilly cream flakes!
Tips
Choose fresh, ripe strawberries for maximum flavor and texture. Check that they are uniform and free of bumps.
Let the cake cool completely in the fridge before serving. This will ensure that the glossy topping sets properly and that all the flavors blend harmoniously.
