We continue cooking in the pan for 5 more minutes.
Then, on a rectangular sheet of puff pastry, we place the onion along the sheet.
We cut 100 grams of goat cheese into cubes.
We add it with the onion.
We chop 50 grams of cooked ham and add it to the filling along with the onion and cheese.
We add a handful of walnuts.
We close by folding it in half.
Then, we close the edges by repulping them.
Prick the top part with a fork along the dough.
Then, we paint the entire top of the dough and its edges with the egg yolk.
We bake it for 18 minutes in an oven at 200°C.
Ready! We already have our caramelized onion and goat cheese cake!
