Homemade pita: the recipe to have it light and tasty

Ingredients:

200 gr farina100ml water1 tablespoon of oil1 pinch of salt1 can of tuna2 tablespoons mayonnaise1 large tomatoLettucePreparation:In a bowl mix the flour and add water, oil and salt. Form a homogeneous dough and leave to rest for 30 minutes.Then divide the dough into equal portions. Roll them out and cook them in a non-stick pan. Mix the tuna with the mayonnaise and fill your pitas.
