Homemade cocoa wafers

package of square wafers
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts*
* it is worth toasting the nuts for a while in a dry frying pan

Melt the butter together with sugar, sifted cocoa and milk. Leave to cool, then add the flavor and milk powder. Mix thoroughly and finally add the nuts.
Lay the wafers apart to create four layers of mass. Wrap the whole thing in foil and lightly weight the top with something to make the wafers even. Place in the fridge, preferably overnight. Cut with a sharp knife the next day.
