Homemade cake (with lemon and raspberry) – Light, flavorful and refreshing, a treat, try the recipe!

preparation:

Put the soft butter in a bowl. Add the cream, 1 pinch of salt, vanilla, powdered sugar and mix well.
We mix the flour with the baking powder and the starch, after which we sift the mixture into the composition with butter, in 2 installments. We homogenize until we obtain a fine and soft, non-sticky consistency.
Line a 23×23 cm tray with baking paper. We transfer the dough to the tray and form an even surface. Put the tray in the oven preheated to 150 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Let it cool for 10-15 minutes.
For the filling , break the eggs in a bowl. Add the condensed milk, lemon peel and homogenize with a whisk. Add flour and then lemon juice.
Mix the fruit with 1 tablespoon of flour.

We transfer the filling to the tray, over the dough. Put the pieces of fruit on top and return the pan to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for another 20 minutes.
