Homemade cake in a pan – Grade 10 recipe – Cake with cocoa cream, whipped cream and mascarpone

preparation:

Topping: In a large bowl, mix the eggs and sugar for 3-4 minutes. Add the milk, oil, coffee, lemon juice and vanillin sugar, then homogenize.
Add the flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder and baking soda previously combined.
We homogenize with a whisk so that there are no lumps. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 38 minutes at 175°C. Leave to cool, then cut the top into 2.
Cream: In a bowl, add mascarpone, powdered sugar, ness and cocoa. We homogenize, add the liquid cream and the hardener for the cream. We mix at low speed initially, then at high speed, until the cream hardens and becomes fluffy.
Assembly:
Spread half of the cream over the first 1/2 of the top. Place the second 1/2 of the top on top and do the same. At the end, we can decorate according to our own tastes and leave in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours or overnight.
