Homemade Bounty Cake – Homemade Chocolate Coconut Cake – Very simple and very delicious recipe explained step by step

preparation:

For the topping , break the eggs in a bowl. We add the sugar and salt and mix until we get a fluffy and light-colored composition.
We incorporate the oil, the milk, the sifted flour together with the cocoa powder and the baking powder.
We transfer the composition to a 20 cm pan and put the pan in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
After baking, turn the top over, remove the baking paper and let it cool. Uniform if necessary, after which we cut the top into 3.
For the filling , put the sugar and milk in a saucepan. Add the condensed milk, pieces of butter and put on the fire.
We mix until homogeneous and after it boils, we incorporate the coconut flakes. Let it boil again and boil for 3 minutes.
We syrup the tops with milk or cream and fill them with the coconut filling. Put the cake in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
For the glaze , melt the chocolate and mix it with the oil. We pour it on top of the cake.
