Homemade Apple Cake – Cake with soft dough and aromatic apple filling

Ingredients needed for the dough:

550 g of flour
250 g of butter
150 g powdered sugar
2 egg yolks

1 bag of baking powder
2 tablespoons of cream
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Grated peel from 1 lemon

Ingredients needed for the apple filling:

1.5 kg of apples
2 tablespoons semolina
6 tablespoons sugar or to taste
Cinnamon to taste
