Ingredients
200 g frozen berry mix, thawed for approx. 15 minutes
some + 125 g butter
4 eggs size M
150 g sugar
115 g flour
Salt
1/2 litre milk
Icing sugar for dusting
Baking utensils
Loaf pan 11×30 cm, approx. 1.8 l capacity
Baking paper
Instructions
Grease the bottom of the loaf pan only and line it with baking paper. Preheat the oven (electric oven: 150°C, convection oven 125°C)
