Heavenly speculaas cheesecake with sophisticated mulled wine glaze

Ingredients

For the ground:
150 g butter speculaas
70g butter​

For the filling:
720 g low- fat curd cheese
2 eggs size M
1 packet of vanilla pudding powder for cooking
100 g sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Some orange paste or orange zest

For the mulled wine glaze:
200 ml mulled wine
1 packet of red cake glaze
1 tablespoon sugar

Decoration:
Cinnamon stars
Raspberries
Rosemary sprigs
Hazelnut slices

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat.
Line a round baking pan (22 cm diameter) with baking paper.
