Hearty pumpkin gorgonzola cake: the simple and delicious rustic recipe

The savory pumpkin and gorgonzola cake is a rustic cake simple and quick, perfect as an autumn appetizer. A shell of fragrant puff pastry welcomes a soft and delicious filling based on pumpkin, the undisputed queen of the tables of that time, and  gorgonzola, blue cheese with an unmistakable taste: cut into pieces and served as an aperitif aperitif , or consumed as a rich single dish on the occasion of a lunch or dinner with the family, it will win over your guests.
