Heart Cookies With Milk Cream Filling Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

200g 00 flour
50 g potato flour
80g powdered sugar

vanilla or vanilla extract
grated zest of half a lemon
140 g butter in pieces
2 egg yolks

FOR THE FILLING:
250g mascarpone
50g powdered sugar
Vanilla
200 ml whipped cream

Preparation:

To make this very crumbly and delicious heavenly cookie, we first prepare the dough base.
In a bowl, mix the 00 flour with the sugar, potato starch and lemon zest, add the butter and start kneading until the mixture is sandy.
Once you have a sandy mixture, add the two egg yolks, vanilla or vanilla and mix everything until you get a homogeneous shortcrust pastry.

Once you have a roll of shortcrust pastry, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest in the fridge for about 30-40 minutes.
Roll out the shortcrust pastry on a floured work surface and use a heart-shaped cutter to make it about half thick to make cookies.
Place the cookies obtained on a baking tray covered with parchment paper and bake them in a preheated static oven at 180 ° for about 10-12 minutes.
