Hazelnut cake with chocolate pudding core

ingredients

• For the hazelnut cake:
• 250 g soft butter
• 200 g sugar
• 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
• 4 eggs
• 280 g flour (type 550)
• 150 g ground hazelnuts
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 pack of baking powder
• 130 ml milk
• 100 g chocolate chips
• For the chocolate pudding core:
• 250 ml milk
• 2 egg yolks
• 80 g sugar
• 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
• 20 g cornstarch
• 20 g flour
• 80 g dark chocolate
• Aside from that:
• 100 g icing sugar
• 1-2 tablespoons milk
