Greek Yogurt Cookie Dough

Should I use full-fat or nonfat Greek yogurt?
For fewer calories, this recipe uses nonfat Greek yogurt. But feel free to select the one you prefer: 0%, 2% or full fat yogurt.

How can I replace Greek yogurt?
You can replace Greek yogurt with any firm yogurt of your choice, also vegan. Great alternatives are Skyr, quark or high protein yogurt.

Can I use powdered peanut butter?
If you want to cut some extra calories, powdered peanut butter is great choice. But before stirring it into the yogurt, make sure you mix the powder with some water until it’s creamy.
Side effect of cutting calories: your protein dip won’t taste as good.

Which protein powder is better for yogurt dips?
After testing it out a couple of times, I can tell you that whey is the best. Differently from vegan protein powder or casein, whey mixes very well and does not make a grainy cookie dough dip.
In terms of flavor instead, I recommend vanilla, chocolate chip, cookie dough or peanut butter. Also unflavored is great!
