Grandma’s quark muffins with vanilla pudding, I’m in love with them!

Ingredients:

200 g flour 2 tsp baking powder 2 eggs
400 g quark
120g sugar
120 g butter, soft
1 pack of vanilla pudding powder
some oil to grease the mold

Preparation:

1. Whisk butter and sugar well. Add the remaining ingredients and stir everything until smooth and creamy.
2. Now pour the finished mixture into the greased muffin tin and bake in a preheated oven at 160 °C for approx. 40 minutes.
Tip:
Various fruits such as cherries or chocolate shavings etc. can also be added if desired.
