Grab the strawberries and bake this delicious cake

Preparation

Beat the eggs, sugar and salt with a mixer. Add the oil and vinegar. Mix until homogeneous. Now add the vanilla and baking powder. Mix again.
Gradually add the flour and mix until there are no lumps.
Pour the mixture into a buttered glass baking dish and bake in the preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for about 20-25 minutes or until completely baked. You can check this with a toothpick. If the toothpick comes out clean, the cake is ready.
Let cool to room temperature.
Prepare the cream:
Mix the milk, vanilla pudding and cornstarch so that there are no lumps. Cook the mixture on the stove over low or medium heat until it thickens. Remove the cream from the heat. Add the butter and stir until melted. Let it cool to room temperature.
Prick the bottom layer with a toothpick and add milk. Let it absorb.
Pour the cream over the cake and put it in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Pour the excess juice from the strawberries and put it in a saucepan. Add water, sugar and cornstarch. Stir over low to medium heat until it thickens.
Pour strawberry jam over the cake and smooth it out. Place the strawberries on top of the cake. Chill in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours.
