Gourmet Puff Pastry Baskets Recipe: For a Chic Aperitif Ready in 25 Minutes

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares that will fit in a
muffin tin. Gently press the squares into the pan to create the baskets.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, ricotta and yogurt until the
mixture is well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

If using additional toppings, divide them equally between the
dough baskets

Pour the egg mixture into each dough basket, filling them three-
quarters full.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and
the egg mixture is set.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
These quiches can be served hot or cold and are perfect for a
quick snack, light meal or elegant starter. Good tasting !
