Garlic chicken leg /red rice /salad

  1. Step 1

    Start by washing chicken legs pat dry add to large bowl add melted garlic butter / garlic powder / turmeric powder 1/1 tsp salt and oliver oil and mix all togeather and put it fridge for 15-20mins

    in the mean time chop cucumber / tomato /onion add to bowl with SUMAC and a pinch of salt and a dash of olive oil and pit in fridge.

  2. Step 2

    Now heat oven to 180 and place chicken legs on metal tray and cook until golden brown.

  3. Step 3

    Wash 2 glasses of rice set aside, and 3 tbsp oil to sauce pan and then add 1 tube of tomato paste and then add 3cup of boiling water then add your rice keep on high heat and stir till water goes then cover with lid and on low heat for 15 mins till soft.
    and when chicken cooked and rice just plate up.
