Ingredients
Cake:
2 cups (250g) all purpose flour
2 cups (400g) granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
¾ teaspoon salt
½ cup (115g) unsalted butter cut into large pieces
⅔ cup (65g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup (230g) brewed coffee
½ cup (105g) vegetable or canola oil
2 large eggs
½ cup sour cream or plain yogurt
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
½ cup (82g) mini chocolate chips optional
Ganache:
½ cup (120g) heavy whipping cream
1 cup (163g) mini chocolate chips
additional mini chocolate chips for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F with a rack in the center of the oven. Get out a 10 or 12 cup bundt pan (see note) but don’t grease it just yet.
