FRUIT DELIGHT: A fantastic no-bake cake, ready in no time

Preparation

Mix water, juice and rum, dip the piscos and place them in the mold one by one.
For the cream, cook the pudding with sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt, and add the prepared butter to the cooled cream.
Pour the cream on the biscuits.

Beat the holla slag and spread it evenly on the cream.
Put the cake in the refrigerator.
Wash and clean the fruit and puree it with a mixer to get a thick puree.
Add sugar and vanilla sugar to the fruit, boil everything together for a short while, stirring constantly over low heat until the sugar dissolves. Be sure to taste it, then add sugar if necessary. Cool to lukewarm.
Let the gelatin swell in cold water. Drain the swollen gelatin, melt it on low heat and add it to the cooked cooled fruit puree.
Mix well and pour over the holla slag.
