FRENCH TOAST STYLE ROLLS

Roll out the sandwich bread using a rolling pin.

Then roll the slice of sandwich bread on itself.

Beat the eggs with the milk, cream and vanilla.

Dip the rolled slices of sandwich bread into the mixture with the eggs. Then, in a hot pan, add the knob of butter and cook the rolls on each side. They should color slightly.

For the icing, mix the sugar and cinnamon. Then, dip the rolls in. Enjoy with a good coffee.
