French cream slices without glaze recipe

Whip the cream until stiff and then spread it over the pudding layer. If you want to cover the cake with chocolate icing, you should place the second sheet of dough the other way around on top of the filling (the smooth side on top, the curved side in the whipped cream). I put it the other way around because I just dusted it with powdered sugar.
