FLUFFY PANCAKES WITH CHOCOLATE FILLING

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

2. In another bowl, beat together the milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.

3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

4. Fold in the chocolate chips or chopped chocolate.

5. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat and grease lightly with butter or oil.

6. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.

7. Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
