Firefighter cake, cherry cake recipe

Bake in a hot oven at 175 °C top/bottom heat (hot air: 155 °C) for approx. 50 – 60 minutes. Allow to cool thoroughly.
Now beat the cream, cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff and spread on the cake. Can also be piped with a piping bag.
Finally, lightly dust with cocoa powder.
