FINE OLD ROLL

Ingredients

Biscuit

– 5 eggs
– 5 spoons of sugar (crystal)
– 2 spoons of flour
– 1 spoon full of cocoa
– 2 spoons of ground biscuits
Phil
– 4 eggs
– 150 g powdered sugar
– 100 g ground walnuts or other nuts
– 250 g butter/butter

Preparation

Beat the egg whites until foamy, add sugar and yolks one by one. When the mass is uniform, add cocoa, ground biscuit and at the end gently mix in the flour.

Cover a large baking sheet with baking paper and bake the cake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about ten minutes. When the biscuit is ready, take it out of the oven, let it cool a little and roll it up together with the paper it was baked on. Leave to cool.
