INGREDIENTS

For the vegetable and soy layer:
100 ml of oil
3 onions, chopped
3 carrots, cut into rounds
1/3 celery, cut into small cubes
1 red bell pepper, diced
200 g granulated soy (hydrated)
Pepper and salt to taste
10 g of dehydrated vegetables
150 g tomato paste
200 ml tomato sauce
1 bunch parsley, chopped
For the mashed potatoes:
2 kg potatoes, boiled and mashed
10 g of dehydrated vegetables
Salt and pepper to taste
80 g margarine
For assembly:
Oil for greasing the pan
200 ml tomato sauce mixed with 1 teaspoon thyme
