Fanta cake with strawberries – a heavenly delight

Instructions

Then add eggs and oil and mix with the whisk of a hand mixer.
Finally, add the lemonade and mix everything into a smooth dough.

Line a deep baking tray with baking paper. Spread the dough on it and smooth it out if necessary.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees (top/bottom heat) on the middle rack for about 25 minutes until the cake is golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely on a wire rack.

For the cream and topping:
Wash and clean the strawberries and cut about 200 g of them into small cubes.
Beat the cream with the sugar until stiff and add the cream stabilizer at the end.
Briefly stir the creme fraiche and then carefully fold in the whipped cream and then the strawberry cubes.

Spread this cream evenly over the cooled dough. Chill until ready to serve.
Puree the remaining 100 g of strawberries.
Quarter the remaining 200 g of strawberries and spread them on the cream.
Finally, drizzle the Fanta cake with the pureed strawberries and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
