Express Baghrir recipe in a blender

Destination Maghreb with this delicious recipe Express Baghrir in the blender or ultra soft and spongy thousand hole pancakes with tiny holes on top. Prepare this quick recipe for breakfast, a snack, a dessert or an iftar meal during Ramadan !

INGREDIENTS

For the baghrir dough
250 g of fine durum wheat semolina
125 g of T45 flour
550 ml of water

1 teaspoon of salt + or – according to taste
1 teaspoon sugar or vanilla sugar
1 sachet of dry baker’s yeast 8 g or 15 g of fresh baker’s yeast

11 g baking powder
For garnish
Amlou or flower honey and melted butter
