EXCELLENT FOAM TART WITH APPLES

introduction

A wonderful crumbly pie or tart with apples and egg white cream. This is a type of cake that can be eaten right away, sometimes almost even while it is still warm. Very little preparation is needed, it is easy to prepare and the result is a magical taste and a beautiful appearance.

ingredients 

  • 250 gr margarine
  • 4 zumanca
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 500 to 600 g of soft flour

APPLE FILLING

  • 4 BIG APPLES
  • A BOWL OF CINNAMON
  • 2 VANILLA SUGAR
  • A LITTLE CHOICE

  • 4 egg whites
  • 200 g of sugar
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling
  • To make the crusts, first prepare a 24 cm diameter round pan or a tart pan.

    Mix the softened margarine, sugar and egg yolk well, then gradually add flour and knead a fine, smooth, non-sticky dough. Divide it immediately into three parts and wrap each in foil. Leave one part in the refrigerator and the other two in the freezer for half an hour because you will grate it.

    Peel the apples and cut them into thin rings, add cinnamon and vanilla sugar and mix well.

    Beat the egg whites a little, then gradually add sugar until you get a thick, uniform mixture.

    Spread the dough from the refrigerator onto the pan and prick it with a fork. Spread it with jam and arrange the apples. Grate the first part of the dough from the freezer on top of the apples, then the egg whites on top of it. Align everything and grate the second part from the freezer onto the egg white. Bake at 180C for the first 15 minutes, then cover with foil. and bake at 150C for 45 min. When it cools down, sprinkle the powder with sugar. PLEASANT.
